Hugs may be the most honest and hard working computer tech in the industry. There are many unknowns when it comes to solving computer related issues and Hugs methodically went step by step through replacing a hard drive, conducting data recovery, installing latest software and updating drivers to have our computer running tip top. We had a driver glitch a week after work had been done and he used a remote program from his office to log in to our computer at home to make additional necessary reconfiguration. Believe me you won't find anyone willing to go the lengths Hugs has to solve your computer problems. We're forever grateful!!!!
